Stuck with motivation to be active? Not sure what exercise to do?

I have a solution for you.

It’s not hard.

It requires no skill or sporting ability.

Almost anyone can do it.

It’s benefits include:

It only requires 1 thing….. and that’s a pair of shoes.

Simply walk!

All we need, to live a good and healthy life, is to complete 30mins per day of moderate activity, on most days per week.

Studies have even shown that splitting up activity into 3x10min blocks throughout the day gives us similar benefits (splitting up exercise can be a great way to start for beginners).

And that can be by achieved by simply going for a walk.

Do it with a friend or family member. Take your dog for a walk. Join a walking group. Explore the local neighbourhood, or discover walking tracks near you. You can do it when you’re on holidays. It can be done in lunch breaks, before or after work, and on the weekends. It can be completed in all.

Being healthy and living a functional life, does not mean we have to be marathon runners, or to be a member of a cross fit club – just simply walk.
