23 1/2 Hours – all you need is 30mins

I came across a video on youtube years ago, and I have been using it and sharing it with patients/clients ever since.

Basically, it is a health education video which helps to explain why 30mins of activity per day is recommended.

It cleverly re-frames the message, pointing out that you have 23 1/2 hours of non exercise time in your day – therefore everyone can achieve the 30 minute goal.

I thought I’d share it here to help spread the word, and to give the author  (Dr Mike Evans) credit for such a simple yet high impact education tool.
